Kiah Mendell, L.E. (founder & Solo Esthetician of Mend Esthetics) graduated with her Esthetics License from the Aveda Institute of Maryland. She is also a Certified Head Spa Specialist & DermaplanePro Certified *Please arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment to complete the intake form if not already done *Please silence your phone upon arrival *Please do not bring guests ***MUST be at least 18 years of age to be serviced for ANY SERVICE*** *If possible please remove any heavy makeup prior to appointment *Covid policies & procedures are in place if sick or exposed please stay home Cancellation & Reschedule Policy ALL CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS have a NON REFUNDABLE 50% deposit fee (please be mindful of your schedule before booking) To reschedule you may do so one time and cancellations (50% fee non refundable) please do so 72 hours before your appointment to avoid 50% fee charged if within 72 hours *10 min late grace period, session will be shortened *No call No show will result in 100% fee and you will not be able to rebook
